Norred & Associates adheres to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drugs. A drug-free workplace means that you can be sure of efficient, effective service from Norred at all times – no exceptions. Our policy includes:

• Pre-employment testing
• Post-accident testing
• Testing for reasonable suspicion
• Random testing (each employee at least once a year)
