• January 1981 – Founded in Atlanta as an investigative firm
• June 1981 - Established Special Operations Division
• November 1981 - Established Uniformed Safety/Security Division
• 1984 - Established Pre-employment Screening Division
• 1987 - Opened branch office in Savannah, Georgia (relocated to Hilton Head, South Carolina, in 2004)
• 1992 - Grew to 300 employees
• 1995 - Grew to 500 employees
• 1998 - Established Birmingham, Alabama, presence
• 2001 - Established Memphis, Tennessee, presence
• 2002 - Partnered with Priority One Security to provide perimeter security at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia
• 2005 - Became the largest and oldest locally owned security firm in Atlanta, and expanded to 25,000 weekly guard hours with 800+ employees
• 2006 - Celebrates its 25th year in business, expanded services into Texas and Gulf Coast, Alabama
