Greg D. Norred
Founder and CEO

Greg began his security career in the U.S. Air Force in 1972 and has been in the private sector for over 30 years. A published author for local, national and international media, Greg has also spoken to organizations and companies throughout the country regarding corporate crime, corporate security, loss control, personal safety and workplace violence.  He is a regular guest on Atlanta radio station News/Talk 750 WSB and has been featured on Georgia Public Television and Atlanta television stations WSB and WXIA. Greg has also managed the security for Lt. Col. (Ret.) Oliver North since 1988.  In addition to North, he has provided protection for such notables as former Vice President Dan Quayle, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich and Sean Hannity.

Jeff Bohling
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Bohling is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the security industry. Prior to joining Norred & Associates, he managed a market in the Atlanta area that provided over 36,000 hours of weekly service. At Norred, he is directly responsible for the preparation and publishing of all financial statements, cash management, human resources and all back-office operations. Jeff has an M.B.A

Danielle Getman
Vice President, Uniformed Guard Division

Danielle is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Uniformed Safety/Security Division, as well as establishing and maintaining client relationships. In addition, she is involved in the company’s event planning, special events coverage and public relations. Danielle has a B.A. in Business Management and an M.B.A.

Phil Gallacher
Vice President, Investigations/Special Operations

Phil Gallacher is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Norred’s Investigative and Special Operations Divisions. He supervises surveillance teams and provides undercover agents for corporate clients as well as other investigative services including closed circuit TV service, and computer crime and technical financial investigations. A former member of both the Atlanta and Gwinnett County Police Departments, Phil is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Charles Simmons
Vice President, Special Operations

Instrumental in our success and stability for more than 17 years, Chuck oversees all special operations of the company. He is a former Chief of Police of Marietta, Georgia, and a retired Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer. Chuck has a master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Public Administration.

Paul Hardy
Branch Manager

Since entering the private security industry in 1993, Paul has served as the Security Director for major events such as the Academy Awards, The Emmy's, The American Music Awards and The Rose Bowl Game. He was also the Security Manager at Edison International Field in Anaheim, home of the Anaheim Angels. After moving to Memphis in 2003, Paul became the Security Director for The Pyramid in Memphis. Paul served in the U. S. Air Force specializing in Communications.
